Applied through University Career site. Received an email within a few weeks asking me to come to an interview. The interview was set to be a panel interview with three executive members. A group of potential interns were interviewed at once. We were asked provide a brief summary of ourselves. The executives went on to discuss the company in more detail at which point we were required to discuss relevant topics or questions openly. This interview was practically to make sure that you were able to challenge the norm and be confident in your answers. The people who were also interviewing in the group ranged from undergrads, to CFA level 1 candidates, and students with more than one bachelors degree.

Required to stand out during open discussion about the company practices. Expected to promote ideas and challenge concepts, as well as openly discuss your opinions on world events relative to the financial industry.
They have some pre designed questions common for everything, in my case everything for easy for me but didn’t got it landed actually that made me confused was there anything i did wrong or they have already set there mind not to hire me
one round 30 minutes with hiring manager on behavioural and no techinical, only asked if have experiecen with python or vba. why rbc, why this team, why you, what do you wanted to learn from this experience.

Interview
I applied through the company website and waited nearly three weeks before hearing back. I was then invited to an online interview, which turned out to be quite casual, lasting only around 20 minutes.
