Online assessment followed by telephone interview. The OA was the usual combo but much longer than other firms. The telephone interviewer missed the time but managed to conduct it after 3 hours of the allocated slot.

General motivation questions, since it was a STEM program questions were more geared up towards how the applicants STEM background was developed and where it can be applied in finance.

30 minutes slot ,from introduction to some behavioural questions, no technical, more about knowing yourself, a recent market news and questions to ask. interviewer is very approachable and nice to reply your questions.
