They were polite and friendly but I didn't get the job. The rejection email said “looking at our workload we don’t need a graduate” which didn’t make sense to me why didn’t they look at this before doing interviews. Would have appreciated some more transparency or honesty.

Formal but casual conversation, flowed easily discussed credentials and was successful in the interview process. Recommend type of interview in the future given the laid back nature and thus ability to let the conversation flow.

There isn't really an interview to speak of... you fill out the application, turn it in, and if you really want the job, get the number of the boss, Rick, from the receptionist, and follow up with him. He will call you in talk with you for 30 minutes to an hour and give you the job.
