You need to create a video first consisting of your self introduction and system specifications with your actual workplace as the background before being interviewed. If you pass this stage, you get scheduled for the initial interview then if you pass that, you get endorsed to the final interview. Then, a call will be scheduled to confirm your computer and internet specs. It was a normal process imo, pretty easy and straightforward.

The overall process was good, the interviewers were nice and feedback was properly given. All expectations were also set during the interview and they made sure you're aware what you were signing up for!
