Apply online via linkedin etc. They'll call you for an interview. I think they didn't properly review my resume before calling me in. They don't value canditate's time, took me about of wait 1.5 hours for a 10 mins interview

Interview
The first interviewer went really smoothly but the second interview panel demanded the expertise of a manager from an intern. The interviewers of the second-panel were extremely toxic with humiliating tonality and language.
