      Collections Manager Interview

      20 Jun 2011
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Richardson, TX
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at RGS (Richardson, TX) in Jan 2011

      Interview

The interview went very smooth and I thought I did well on it. I was told by the person interviewing that they weren't sure yet if they would have an opening, but they liked to interview potential candidates anyways. He told me they have openings come up from time to time and like having a supply of potential replacements. The trouble is, I never hear a single work back on the interview. I did not so much as get a no out of them. I've called and left messages for the gentleman that interviewed me, but I did not even receive a call back. Pretty unprofessional way to handle things in my opinion.
