Had an initial Teams interview, followed by an in-person interview with the full team. Never heard back from the firm following the in-person interview. Sent a couple follow-up emails, but never received a fulsome response or feedback.

Very Informal, a phone call where we talked about past experiences and future desires. The interviewer was late to the call and I had to call. The interview was short and I did not hear back.

The interview process was great. They held open discussions and took the time to listen to your questions. Very honest about expectations (theirs and what your expectations would be), work load, and the room for growth.
