Interview
Phone screening followed by on-site interviews with 4 members of the team in the Peoria, IL location. Interviews were followed by lunch with the people I interviewed with at local restaurant in downtown, Peoria. The team was mostly trying to figure out if I was a good fit for the company.

They didn't ask anything technical or mathematical. The questions were mostly about my experience and why I wanted to work for RLI and why I would be a good fit.
