1st stage: Interview with the Director of Environment and the Associate Director of Sustainability 2nd stage: Assessment at the head quarters in Abingdon, informal chat and interview with fellow colleagues and peers

3 steps: interview with senior team member - this took 10 minutes and was quite quick and friendly presentation on a prior project demonstrating expertise in your area - paired with planners and engineers to each give your advice as if you were presenting to a client creative group exercise about a survival situation - more so to see how you interact in a group situation
