      Analyst Interview

      12 Jan 2020
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RSG, Inc. in May 2016

      Interview

Relatively easy and good communication. I got an email requesting an onsite interview after applying online. Initial interview was with 2 senior analysts about technical skills and professional experience. A week after , I got a follow up request for another interview with 2 partners which lasted an hour and was based on personality and company fit. The interview felt more like a conversation over coffee. IT took about 2 weeks to get an offer, I asked to negotiate and the hiring manager was open to it.

      Analyst Interview

      1 Aug 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RSG, Inc. in Jun 2019

      Interview

The interview process went well overall. I applied online (via email) in mid-June. I heard back about a phone interview the next week, which I did virtually. Before the first interview, I had to complete a simple excel test. The first interview was with two other analysts and largely asked about technical capabilities and project experience. Following that, I was invited for a second interview, which was more behavioral. Nothing too tricky. Their honesty and transparency in the application process was much appreciated. In the end, I declined due to salary/start date concerns.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Behavioral: If you could change the way you did a project, what would you change and why? Behavioral: Tell us about a time you failed to deliver on a project/commitment.
