Came through staffing agency to work on RSR contract. Interviewed directly with government client. Was asked back 3 times. Proper protocol was to make the interview arrangements via my staffing agency however government client contacted me directly. 3 interviews a bit much for type of position. First interview day was with office manager and corporate secretary 1 on 1. Second interview was with 3 attorneys 1 on 1. Last interview was with the VP of the department. I've never experienced an admin interviewing with the VP of a dept. unless, the admin was going to work for that VP.
