I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RTA Consulting in Jan 2021
Interview
The interview process was very smooth. I interviewed with a number of different employees at various levels of the company as well as the CEO/founder which was awesome.
I appreciated the attention to my experience, the honesty from the team of the challenges someone could face when transitioning from an agency to a consulting environment, and the openness of the team -- accepting everyone as they come into the company.
I felt instant connection with the people I interviewed with and found myself even more excited about the company after getting a taste of who I might work with and collaborate with.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to make a decision without managerial approval. What was the outcome?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at RTA Consulting (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2022
Interview
The process was very fluid and transparent. The first round of interviews was with three team members of various backgrounds. Each team member gave insight into their respective roles and how they aligned with the position I was interviewing for. The second round of interviews was with the founder of the company, Ruba, which gave me more clarity that RTA was the company I wanted to work for. Typically for an associate role, many founders do not take part. The interview process made me feel a part of the company, it made me want to work for RTA, and I wanted to take part in the company's success.
