After reaching out to them by email, I had a phone interview, which I didn't find too challenging. They didn't ask me too many questions that I hadn't heard before, so I wasn't caught off guard by anything. I was then emailed and asked to come into the office for an in-person interview. Once at the office, I was passed around to 3/4 different people to get a feel for the different departments.
