The process was good and HR was very helpful. I was guided throughout the process and the founder was very kind. The commute is a bit tricky and far. The office is very nice.

Interview
There was an initial phone screening round followed by an in-person interview. The interview was easy. It would have been better if they were more transparent about the process, as I was not aware that they were going to conduct two rounds of interviews in one day.
They liked my profile and wanted to go ahead, and I told them I would confirm on the offer and let them know in a couple of days. I called the interviewer Ruchi after a couple of days, and was so confused when she told me that there would be another round of interview? I was of the understanding that they were offering me the role, why was I not made aware of this?
She said she would get back to me about the next interview steps, and I never heard back from her since then, even after multiple follow-ups. I was very disappointed with the level of unprofessionalism.

Interview
Initially, the HR called me and asked some questions. After this, there will be one aptitude round. If you clear that, then you will have a face-to-face interview scheduled. During my interview, the first round was entirely technical, focusing on Flutter concepts and projects. Then, an HR round was held where they asked easier questions. After the HR round, I had a round with the CTO, where your goals and some basic questions were discussed.
