Rallis India interview questions

Two telephonic round of interview and final one face to face. First round of interview with group of panel and then second with head of department and final one with head of location

Since i went through a referance i am not sure of how the company usually sources candidates. The process was informal and was focused on getting to know the real me rather than my CV. The manager was keen to understand my expectations and interested to know about my asperations. I also got a chance to ask about the company's policies (very different from other group companies) in some detail. Overall a very pleasant/ non stressful environment in which the interview was conducted.
