I was given a Verbal Offer by the talent team - then 2 days later they changed their mind because there was no internal alignment between sales and chief of staff - totally unprofessional - they even checked my references which was a total waste of time - clearly this company doesn't have its ducks in a row - they treated candidates in a horrible way, Avoid interviewing here, the company doesn't have any real clients' case studies and the chief of staff has zero sales experience to even be on sales interviews.

Interview
I was asked to provide a presentation for an initial interview. As much as I dislike companies who do this, since the mutual interest is not established, and they are asking for a significant amount of my time and knowledge, but I went forward since I was not working and had the time. This presentation took over an hour to prepare, and I shared valuable information from my experience in CS. I was then asked to email my presentation after the interview. I never heard back. I sent an additional follow up, still no response. Not even a rejection email. Bad taste on the process and company all around.
