Interview
I did an interview 5 years ago and the process probably changed since then. Anyway the interview was structured in 2 steps
1. Phone call: description of the role, discussion of skills and experience, basic java questions.
2. Face to face interview with white board exercises
Both the phone call and the face to face were with an architect and a team lead.
