I applied through university. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Realtime Media (Conshohocken, PA) in Feb 2014
Interview
The interview process was fairly simple. I applied and the hiring manager got back to me quickly. I took the train in from Philly for the interview and they are close to the train station which was plus. I knew right away they liked me in the interview because they told me. The interview itself was extremely quick. I don't even think I got to as all my questions (which at the time I wasn't very concerned about because they liked me). I would say the only negative was there was no negotiation for pay because I was an intern.

Question 1
The more specific questions about my designs were the most difficult. Questions like why I chose the designs and colors I did. They weren't impossible but I remember wondering if my answers were specific and clear enough.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Realtime Media (King of Prussia, PA) in Oct 2010
Interview
It's a several step process starting with meeting the other designers and working your way up through management. There will be specific technical questions plus questions about design philosophy and favorites styles, etc.
