Culture is beyond toxic. Sweet kindhearted people are getting canned. This includes a parent who recently lost their spouse. Decisions like these destroy morale and make us question leadership’s moral compass. Many of us are concerned about our own job security. Clearly nobody is safe. We are looking for new jobs. Hoping we find replacements before this ship sinks. But wait there’s more. RTM lacks diversity. Very few people of color in the organization. Not enough women in upper management. There’s a definite glass ceiling and we can all feel it. This is completely unacceptable in 2023.
