Interview
I was referred by a current RTG employee, so I had Interviews with the Operations Manager and President. Both experiences were very conversational. For many other positions, they like to do a team interview in order to make sure there’s a culture fit.

They asked about previous experience and sf under management. I was also asked where I told my employer where I was while interviewing.

Interview
First there was a phone screening, then a 45 minute phone interview, followed by a 30 minute in person interview. I met a few people in a conference room. They asked several questions about what I was looking for in my next job.
