Rebaca Technologies Senior Software Development Engineer interview questions

REBACA's interview process is quite an lengthy procedure. Cracking the interview is bit challenging. They never compromise on the talent and they will wait for years to hire the right talent. Like other companies, HR will approach you explaining the opportunity that they have. HR was technically sound & had a clear vision of the position that they were hiring for. Surprisingly, they were able to answer all my doubts about the position which I was applying for. Need to attend atleast 5 round of interviews with different modes like Telephonic, Video , then an online assignment to evaluate our coding skills then a detailed Technical face to face session with mid level engineers then with the Leads and later with Business head. Finally comes the HR round. HR's are very friendly and co-operative.
