Interview
- call with founder: about personal motivation and the company (mostly the latter)
- talk with CTO: about work experience, tech that Recart uses and tech challenges the company faces
- take-home: a React app where you need to implement a new feature and write tests. The provided code uses a flawed data model, Recart want you to proactively fix it, even though this isn't explicit from the take home task description

Interview
HR screening interview online then Engineering Manager interview online then homework about design a webhook event manager system. Finally discussion about the homework with the team onsite, and spend a day together.
1. The initial round was a standard HR session.
2. Team fit round with Engineering Manager.
3. Homework task to create a backend service.
4. Half-day on-site round with the team. Some questions were asked regarding my solution for the homework task. Then technical topics were touched like nodejs and react. We also had a system design section in the interview.
5. 1on1 Facetime round with the CEO.
They also requested to provide reference persons from previous workplaces. They were really really friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed the procedure.
