      Chronic Care Management Interview

      30 Oct 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Declined offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Recora in Oct 2024

      Interview

Had a screening interview with recruiter, which happened very quickly. Then got my final interview. The hiring manager kept looking off screen after asking me questions, which was off-putting. Pay was also pretty low for a Registered Nurse so I asked if I could have the weekend to think about it. I sent them a message on a Sunday night letting them know that I wouldn't take the position and wished them luck. The next morning they sent me an email stating that they weren't going ahead with my candidacy after I turned them down already, thought that was weird but whatever. The recruiter was great, the hiring manager was "eh". Overall interview was easy and straight forward.
