I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Recovery Worldwide
Interview
I would say I received a reply to my application on Indeed within a day or two and the interview was set up within the next week. In total, I went in for 3 interviews. The first interview was with the HR/Office Manager and another lower-level manager. I went in again within the next week to meet with the manager of what would be my team to see if it would be a "good fit". I didn't hear from them for a couple of weeks and I think they asked on a Friday if I could come in on Monday for an interview with the owner of the company. I believe it was the next day that I got a call from the HR manager with a verbal offer. And it was either after the first or third interview that I received an email asking what my salary expectations were. I've rated the interview process for this company as "Difficult" because it was 3 interviews rather than one, and I had an interview with the owner of the company. All of the interviews were very formal and I was asked all of the questions you would expect to be asked at a formal interview.
