I was contacted about an interview shortly after applying. The interview went really well and I was contacted with next steps within a week if I recall correctly. I received some contracts to sign, which I did, and then I literally never heard a word from this company again. It was really weird. I am not sure if this is standard practice now in the remote work space but it was certainly weird.
