No interviews, requested a free trial to test out my copywriting and translation skills. Despite several follow-ups, I never even got a rejection from them, never mind an answer. I've since learned that these kinds of hiring challenges are to be avoided, many of us in the creative sector go through it to learn it, but it doesn't change the fact that it's grossly unethical to not even respond.
