I had a short interview process, quite efficient, they looking for qa automation and devops, all in one, and I'm not that kinda guy :)
Not the best solution for me to passing the interview to the company and only after that start interviewing processes with their clients.
I see difference with other consultant agency in that way.
I had a wonderful discussion with CEO, and quite sharp with Tech lead.
Stages:
1. Tech talent call
2. CEO call
3. Tech lead office meeting
4. Decision making meeting
