Interview
The interview process at Rehydro consisted of two stages. The first interview was conducted by HR and focused on understanding my background, motivation, and general fit with the company. The second interview was with the Commercial Director and was more business- and role-oriented. It covered commercial context, project exposure, and how my experience could contribute to the company’s objectives. The discussion was direct, practical, and grounded in real operational considerations rather than abstract questioning.
