Take home project. I spent time and tried using react in java which im not very familiar with, so my mistake there, but Who ever reviewed it claimed i didn't do things that i did do and rejected me because of it.

First call with VP of Engineering ~45 Minutes talking about the role & the org and my overall experience.
Second was a take home which was quite fun. Spent ~ 3-4 hours.
Then did a 45 min virtual round with HR (behavioral).
1 technical onsite with 2 senior engineers, focusing on past experience, problem solving & in depth knowledge.
2 more behavioral with some leadership folks.
Everyone I met was great and very passionate about the work they were doing.
