      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ReliaQuest (Tampa, FL) in Jan 2017

      Interview

The initial process started off great. Was scheduled for a phone interview with the recruiter then an in person. The first interview is with two recruiters as a group and very standard. They asked the "blender" question which is very cliche but it's a young company so they are all right out of college using all the "cool" techniques. Next I was quickly scheduled for another group interview which seemed to go very well. Mostly everyone was engaged except for one of the directors who seemed to care more about asking questions about my personal life which was a little unprofessional. After this meeting I was feeling confident. They started my background check and started talking salary and benefits- some additional positive signs. I was told I would hear back on Monday from the recruiter who never sent a follow up. So I sent a quick note the following Friday afternoon only to receive an out of office for the whole week. If someone knew they were going out of town why would they say they'd follow up during that time? Anyways, almost another week goes by and Thursday I finally receive an email requesting a quick call. On the call I was informed that during the time the recruiter was out of town they decided to hire a candidate that was revered by someone internally. They way it sounded to me was they decided to hire someone's friend. Overall I felt that the company lacked professionalism once the process got going.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at ReliaQuest in Nov 2020

      Interview

The interview process was pretty extensive and included a presentation. Overall, I had a very positive experience and every person I met was friendly and welcoming. The questions were standard and straightforward and relevant to the role.

I interviewed at ReliaQuest (Tampa, FL) in Jul 2020

      Interview

The interview process was great until the end. I just feel like they were fake. Had a series of excellent interviews only to not get the job. A short and cold phone call from my recruiter letting me know they'd picked someone else was the icing on top.

      Service Delivery Manager Interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at ReliaQuest

      Interview

I was contacted by a recruiter from the company via LinkedIn for this role. They're currently trying to build out this team in their Vegas location but did not have a set date for when anyone would start in this role. I was first told that the position was already filled but they were looking to interview other people for the team to start in June. In later conversations though I learned that no one was currently in this role in Vegas. I was later told the role would start in July, then that got pushed to August. Very inconsistent and communications almost always came at least a day later than the day I was told I would hear back about anything. First round is a phone screen with the recruiter, then a video interview with the recruiter, then a video interview with 2 delivery managers, then the PI Behavioral and Cognitive Assessments, then a final round interview with more senior delivery managers and another member on a different team. The final round includes a 5-7 minute presentation on the company and their GreyMatter platform that you need to create. I had to drop out of the process before the final interview and politely informed the recruiter about this and asked if I could send her information to a friend of mine who might be interested and a good fit. It's been over a week since I sent that email and still have not received a response. I find it incredibly rude that I have not received a response and to me shows that they don't value their applicants that much. I could have chosen to just not show up for the final interview with no notice to them, but that would have wasted their time and been rude on my end. If I could take 2 minutes to send an email with an update about my circumstance I think they could have taken 2 minutes to respond to my email. I would NOT recommend applying with this company.
