Interview
Spoke with an amazing recruiter. She followed up when she was supposed to and we had a great report. She put me in touch with the sales manager. We were supposed to have a phone interview but she got busy and didn't have the decency to call me and tell me to reschedule. I followed up with the recruiter and had a phone interview. I was brought in to do some shadowing and have an interview in person. The sales manager said she wanted me to meet with the owner of the company that day but claimed he was busy. I received a rejection letter in the mail. I wish the sales manager was upfront with me and told me her concerns as opposed to telling me that she wanted me to meet with the owner.

Interview
Screening interview, interview with sales manager, interview with director of sales. Easy interview, but I do have a lot of sales experience. They do a background check and a credit check. Then you have to pass the MLO Exam before you get a final offer. They put you through training to prepare for the exam.

Interview
Prescreen call, interview with direct manager and then branch manager interviews. The first call was the most information about the job. The second interview is all about your skill set. The third is a mix of both to make sure you’re a fit for the role

They comb through potential candidates well. You can be assured that the people you work with for the most part are professionals and take the job and company seriously. You will typically do a phone interview with a couple people in the company and also meet in person with your potential manager and branch manager.
