Wanted to see if I understand the industry and the problems that may arise.
The interview process was efficient and consisted of 3 stages: video call screening with recruiter, a STAR format interview with the hiring manager, followed by a case study exercise with a 3 person panel. The interviewers were personable, knowledgeable and well organised. Timelines for updates were confirmed at the end of each stage.
