Remote Control Technologies interview questions

Two verbal interviews on site. Went over both projects, technical experiences, leadership experience in previous jobs. Propose solutions and brainstorm some technical solutions Go over RCT company history and technologies, go over company projects. Discuss working conditions, brief tour of facilities.

Two sets of interviews, one needed to be repeated due to last minute availability issues. Largely verbal with some sketching out concepts on a white board. Technical staff running interview, pleasant and friendly.
