Interview process was straightforward - HR first, then local managers/team leads, then customer interview. Interview with HR is standard - just asks for job experience and projects involvement in the past. Panel interview with local manager/team leads are more on the technical side - questions involved testing principles, programming principles, and project management. Customer interview is mostly technical - programming, UNIX, databases, regex.
