sehr offenes Gespräch. Eher eine Unterhaltung als eine Interviewsituation. Dauer ca. 2,5. Auch mit Mitarbeitern gesprochen. Am Ende wurde festgestellt, dass ich noch viel lernen muss, aber durch meine hohe Motivation habe ich ein Angebot erhalten. Ganz andere Art der Gesprächsführung
