First they make you have an interview with the HR, then you will be contacted by the sub-companies. Each sub-company works a bit differently but most of the time they make you another 1h interview to get to know you and spend half of that time presenting you the company

La prima è stata una breve call conoscitiva telefonica, finalizzata a verificare il mio interesse per la posizione e la mia disponibilità. Successivamente ho sostenuto un secondo colloquio conoscitivo con il team HR, durante il quale sono state approfondite sia le esperienze accademiche e professionali sia gli interessi e le passioni personali, con l’obiettivo di valutare l’allineamento con i valori aziendali e la motivazione verso il ruolo.

Interview
I was invited to just one interview during the application process. In that interview, the focus was primarily on behavioral questions aimed at understanding my approach to teamwork, problem-solving, and communication. Additionally, they tested my foundational knowledge of machine learning by asking me to explain some basic concepts and principles.
