Interview process took 2-3 days. They found my resume and emailed me. Casual meeting with the owner who was very casually dressed. Didn't appear to be a job with too much "pressure" on the employees (total staff of like 6). Place looked ok and was certainly not a business setup for "walk in" customers. Overall the interview process was very easy

Low key, no pressure until the owner said "Starts a $9 an hour". That's when I asked "How can you expect anyone to live on that?" Benefits available (for $700 out of the employees pocket)
