Interview
First step: google form test where you are required to write answer and explanation.
Second step: HR and technical interview with two Engineers from the company. Engineers are the ones who ask questions while HR listens and only ask questions at the end of the meeting.
They asked questions regarding my background, motivation, language skills and so on. A typical interview I would say. They focused on specific courses I completed, and asked technical and HR questions.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Results Technology (Iaşi) in May 2021
Interview
Overall I considered it a pretty nice experience because it had been the first interview for me. The people had a great attitude. The interview questions weren't very hard, but you do need the basic knowledge to pass the interview.
