Interviewed with immediate supervisor and then had a follow up with them and also their supervisor. It was quite lengthy. They were very specific about what they wanted for the position, as far as job duties. They also give a history of the organization, the work environment and the evolution of the project. They wanted to ensure there was understanding that although the pay was not high, the perks of working in that arena and the benefits including time off make up for that pay scale.
