I applied online. I interviewed at Return on Investment Ltd
Interview
The first interview was arranged promptly with the Chief Technology Officer which is felt went well. Got told that more interviews were happening over the next week or so and that I would hear back within a few weeks but since then I haven’t heard a thing. Tried to get in touch with the person at ROI who arranged it but no reply. Feel like I’ve been ghosted when it would have been nice to be told the outcome either positive or negative. Also asking me who I am defeats the point. You have a list of candidates and a list of sent emails/calls. Me telling you doesn’t stop this happening for future candidates

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Return on Investment Ltd in May 2024
Interview
I recently had a positive interview experience at ROI. The interviewer was friendly and informative, providing a detailed overview of the company's recent growth, particularly within the marketing team. The company offers a flexible work arrangement with occasional in-office visits, which could be a great fit for those seeking work-life balance.
ROI appears to be a growing company, especially within their marketing department, primarily focusing on the automotive industry. This could be a great fit for someone interested in that sector. During the interview, there was a strong emphasis on lead generation and tele-qualifying leads, making it suitable for someone seeking a role with a data-driven approach to sales and lead nurturing.
The interview process included a thorough discussion of the Account Manager/Executive role and its responsibilities. The interview style was casual, focusing on questions about my skills and experience. The marketing team seems to have a well-established structure with clear roles and responsibilities, and the team dynamic appeared to be collaborative, with a focus on achieving results through a sales-oriented approach, both internally and with clients.
While I ultimately decided not to pursue this opportunity, I believe ROI would be an excellent fit for those interested in a career in automotive B2B marketing with a focus on lead generation.

Question 1
Tell me about your experience.
How would you get up to speed to learn about the automotive industry?
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Return on Investment Ltd in Mar 2020
Interview
Four stages which consisted of Online Testing, Scenario, Virtual Interview and a Final Interview.
I want to be absolutely clear that I did not apply for his role as o was headhunted via LinkedIn however upon assessing the company for myself; it is more of a sales based company which is one of the sectors I do not enjoy working in so therefore I did not put in that much effort into it. The recruiter was pleasant but the direct potential colleagues I would be working with was more or less remote and did not seem to be someone I could learn anything new from so needless to state; I was glad I was not selected.
