I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Revature in Jan 2020
Interview
The first interview checks your character and socialbility, seeing if you are a team worker and if you fit into the corporate structure. As well as seeing if you are worth the investment. Not technical at all.
The Second interview comes after taking online classes that was given to you after the first interview, this is to check if you can learn fast and retain that knowledge. A little more technical than the first interview but, checking if you can learn and admit to when you have gaps in knowledge.
