I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Riddle&Code in Mar 2023
Interview
The interview process was really fast and smooth! Even though there are 5 or 6 stages, it was complete in 2/3 weeks and every stage makes sense and takes only the absolute necessary time. The technical interview focuses on the tools and technologies relevant for the job, no esoteric questions, like some companies. I ended up receiving a proposal and accepted, as I really got a good feeling of the team, management and the projects. Even though I was hired as a contractor, because I'm working remotely from another country, I'm treated as a full-time employee. Overall, a very pleasant process and a highly recommended company, with a very bright outlook for the future.
