Interview
First you have to pass a 13 page exam which mainly about pumps and other definitions of work and energy. and a couple of IQ questions, you need to get 70% of it right to pass. if you are applying for a quality engineer position i think the test is different and definitely there will be a Microsoft office skills test.

There are no extraordinary questions in the interview just a very normal discussion about your interests and the nature of work
Technical test
2 interviews if passes the test to illustrate the responsibilities of your job and to know why you applying to the planning sector specifically.
