They have you do a pre-screen zoom call and then a second-round writing assessment. The assessment is a bit dense but they give you plenty of time and flexibility to do it when you are able to. Interview was warm and easy. Unfortunately, they don't get back to you after the writing assessment, even if you follow up and they respond saying they will give you an answer soon. It's a very jarring rug-pull even after your pre-screen seemed to go well and your content for the assessment was strong. It's very unprofessional and frankly borders on suspicious. It feels like they interview people just to get free work out of them, but I don't know. They might just have a bad follow-up process. Either way, a major disappointment because I was genuinely excited about the role.
