Interview
The usual phone screening with the recruiter followed up by an interview with one of the practice leaders. Next was a simulation exercise with a panel of 4 people. The decision to hire was made after the panel interview.

Question 1
Questions in the case were all part of a simulation taking the interviewee through the process of understanding a customer's ask and developing a product vision, success metrics, prioritizing features, release planning. There was a question about how to handle the situation where the client wants something that isn't a good idea.

Interview
This was one of the worst experiences that I have had with interviews! The recruiter was great and kept me well informed. I went through 6 rounds of interviews just to be told that I do not have enough experience for what they were looking for. You would think by interview 2 or 3 they would know my qualifications. I also had an assessment to do which was write an email and plan a timeline. Once again you would think after the assessment and 3rd interview it would be known what my qualifications are! So why drag it out to 6 interviews just to be told I was not the right fit. It was a lot of wasted time and preparation just to not get an offer letter. Looking at it now, everything happens for a reason and it is probably better that I did not get an offer.

Interview
The process included a phone screen, an in person case study, and a follow up with senior leadership. The folks involved in the interviewing process were very pleasant and engaging. Seems like a great place to work.
