Recruiter reached out to set up a phone screen. We went over well over the 30 min scheduled time. She had informed me that she would contact the hiring manager to set up a second interview. However, the recruiter contacted me two days later to say the hiring manager decided to pass on me due to me not being a good fit'. unprofessional and not worth the low pay.

Recruiter barely asked any questions about me, didn’t really even try to get to know your background or how you work in certain situations. All she talked about was the role but kept switching between contract and full time (role ended up being contract). Was very unprofessional, didn’t say the write terms, had to say “you know... something like that.” Role ended up being pivot to another location?

2 Phone screenings and then virtual interview.. I was told that they would like to move forward with me and told me who i would be interviewing with next. 2 days later without reason, i received an email saying they would not move forward with me. Although I understand if they changed their minds, I would have appreciated more communication and not just tell me suddenly that they are not moving forward with me when I was told that they would be moving me forward in the interview process.
