It was an easy process. I had a call with a recruiter, the hiring manager, and then a panel, where I was asked to present a gtm strategy. I was told there would be 2 people on the panel. When it came time for the panel there were 6 people on it. It was fine though. I presented and they asked questions throughout. All normal.
I just never received any follow up from the recruiter afterwards. I reached out and they said they would contact me soon. It's been a month and I haven't heard back.....
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was given a document with questions they wanted to see in presentation format. I presented for an hour with questions throughout the 60 minutes.
Interview itself with the hiring manager wasn’t so bad, tho not great. The real issue was the Recruiter: after a week of not hearing anything, I emailed to see if there was an update. First I was told that I would not be moving forward. Fine with me. But then I was told that there was another position and further was asked to interview with a panel of people- several VPs and Directors. I was even given their names!!! After inquiring further into this mess of an interview process, I was told that I actually wasn’t going to be considered after all.
This is my second bad recruitment experience with the company. A few months ago I applied to a role and a recruiter then asked my availability to interview. I responded but didn’t hear anything else again. The recruiter just kept me hanging despite my numerous follo

Question 1
Standard questions for an interview. The issue was the recruiter not the interview
I applied online. I interviewed at RingCentral in Oct 2021
Interview
Recruiter begins slamming with rather carelessly put-together video interviews with very little information or preparation. Video interviews set up rather quickly, but the communication process with the recruiter is messy and half-baked. 3 weeks after last interview, the first communication I get has subject line about NDA, but message body implies (does not state) that I have advanced to next round. Feels extremely dishonest -- If they took me seriously as a candidate their next contact with me would be richer, and I don't think I did make it to the next round (they just wanted the NDA after the fact). If I'm mistaken, MAN their recruiter is lazy and dumb.
