Interview
Several employees as well as the process engineer manager alternated asking questions. They were very friendly and made it a comfortable setting compared to a tense interview setting. Their questions were straightforward and applicable to what their company is looking for.

- Describe a time you took on a leadership role - Describe a time an issue arose in a team setting - Where do you see yourself in 5 years? - Describe a time where you prioritized safety / took it into consideration
I had Online interview with two interviewers. The whole talk was very chill and it lasted for ~1h. Ask about personal info and behavior questions. In the end of interview they asked me if I had any questions for them.
