      Social Media Manager Interview

      24 Mar 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ripple Energy in Mar 2024

      Interview

The interview process was very fast and straightforward as they were looking to hire quick. There were two stages: one quick intro interview with the head of marketing, and a longer interview with the CEO, head of marketing and content manager, that included presenting a case study. The team seemed very lovely and fun during the virtual interviews. One could see there was a great dynamic between them and it would have been fantastic joining such a team. The mission of the company also was great. However, the job title did not match the responsibilities for the position and the salary. SEA, social ads and organic socials are 3 very different jobs, and should not be under one social media manager role.
