Four staff members interviewed me. The questions were standardized and they took turns each asking them. The questions were mostly what you would expect for a non-profit legal services organization.

Question 1
They asked about my experience working with clients living in poverty. They also posed some hypotheticals and had me describe how I’d handle the situation .
Standard interview process. Standard set of questions regarding prior experience and regular interview fit questions. The process included two rounds of interviews, and a number of attorneys interviewed in each round.
